Ordering

• MinGa reserve the right to periodically update information and price on the web site, which can not be guaranteed for any period of time; MinGa also reserve the right to withdraw any goods from the website at anytime. We shall not liable to anyone for withdrawing any goods from the website or for refusing to process order.
• All orders for Goods shall be deemed to be an offer by the Buyer to pursuant to these Terms and Conditions and are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept an order for any reason.
• Where the Goods ordered by the Buyer are not available from stock the buyer shall be notified and given the option to either wait until the Goods are available from stock or cancel the order and receive a full refund within 30 days.
• If the buyer do not provide truthful or complete information, or if MinGa has reason to believe that information is untruthful or incomplete, then we may suspend or cancel your the order immediately without notice.
• The price of the Goods shall be that which is stipulated on the Website. The price is inclusive of GST, The price does not include any delivery charge. The delivery charge will be calculated separately. And the additional delivery charge will be various depend on where the buyer locate.
• After the order is received we shall confirm by e-mail the details, description, price for the Goods and delivery charge with information on the right to cancel.
• The full payment of Goods, GST and delivery charges must be made in full before dispatch of the Goods.

Delivery

• MinGa reserves the right to select the method of shipment and the courier.
• Most orders are shipped within 48 hours [unless there are items out of stock or delay in stock arrival at our distribution facilities] and are then delivered to most capitals in 3-5 days and to most regional areas within 5~14 days.
• MinGa prides itself on speedy processing and shipping of all orders. In any event time of delivery shall not be of the essence and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Buyer or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.

Cancellation and return

• If you wish to cancel or change your order, you must contact us immediately.If your order has already been shipped, and you still wish to cancel it, we must treat it as a ‘returning unused and unopened goods’ and you may not be eligible to receive a refund of the S/H and return postage.
• Any faulty or damaged items can be returned within 7 working days of receipt. The buyer will receive a full refund of all monies paid for the Goods including return postal charges within 30days of cancellation.
• If the Goods the buyer purchased are 'unused and unopened' and the buyer is not completely satisfied, you may return the item to us for a refund within 7days of receipt. There is a returning fee of 10% of the total amount. And the the buyer is responsible for return postage and securely packaging and shipping the returned Goods. When we receive your return, you will be refunded within 7days.

Limitation of liability

In no event shall MinGa or our third party suppliers be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential damages or other losses. We shall not be liable for, and buyer assumes liability for, all personal injury and property damages connected with the handling, transportation, possession, other use or resale of products, whether used alone or in combination with any other products or material.
